The Africa Brotherhood Church (ABC) is an independent, autonomous, and indigenous Christian church established in Kenya in 1942. It was created to honor, respect, and appreciate the dignity and unique heritage of African Christians. Officially transitioning to the Africa Brotherhood Church (ABC) on 8th April 1945, the ABC maintains absolute self-determination and self-governance over all its internal and external affairs, free from external denominational control.

📖 Statement of Faith
The ABC strictly adheres to the following foundational doctrines:
1. The Holy Trinity: Belief in one Sovereign God; the Creator and Lord of the universe existing in three persons: God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
2. Jesus Christ: Belief in His deity, virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, vicarious and atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension, and personal future return to earth in power and glory.
3. The Holy Scriptures: Absolute belief in the Protestant Bible as the infallible Word of God, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit (II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:20-21).
4. The Universal Church: Recognition that the Church in the world is one, built on the faith and foundation of the risen Jesus Christ.
5. Salvation: Belief in salvation by grace through faith by confessing sins and accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9-10, John 3:3).
6. Eschatology: Belief in the Rapture, Resurrection, Judgment Seat, and Eternal Life, where rewards are rendered according to individual deeds (1 Thess. 4:16-17, 2 Cor. 5:10).
7. Enculturation: Belief that the Holy Spirit gathers believers into a diverse, harmonious family that actively rejects tribalism, discrimination, and social injustice. We affirm that the Gospel of Jesus Christ embraces and transforms African cultural heritage, redeeming communal virtues such as hospitality, mutual sharing, and respect to foster deep Christian unity, self-reliance, and holistic transformation of the individual and society (Galatians 3:28, Acts 2:44-47, Revelation 7:9).

Nurturing Christian spiritual growth through consistent preaching, teaching, and fellowship.
Conserving and integrating African cultural values and heritage that are strictly consistent with Christian beliefs within our worship and daily life.
Mobilizing sustainable internal and external resources for corporate church growth, expansion, and financial self-reliance.
Equipping the clergy, church leaders, and general membership with formal skills to execute their duties with professional excellence.

A. Admission
Membership within the ABC is systematically structured through three pathways:
Conversion: Confessing faith in Jesus Christ and formally subscribing to the beliefs, rules, and practices laid down in the ABC Constitution.
Ecumenical Transfer: Welcoming Christians from other Christian denominations who willingly join and subscribe to the ABC framework.
Birth & Catechism: Children born to active members subscribe to the Sunday School Union (SSU) up to age ten (10), subsequently entering formalized catechism and baptism.
Note: Valid membership is verified via annual subscription and an official ABC membership card.
