Strategic & Spiritual Direction: Provides overall administrative and spiritual direction for the entire worldwide church network, ensuring all regions advance the core vision and foundational mission of the ABC at every opportunity.
Policy Development & Governance: Develops, refines, and implements robust organizational policies that regulate the church's diverse operations, ministries, and community programs.
Constitutional Custody: Holds the exclusive authority to debate, approve, and implement updates or amendments to the Africa Brotherhood Church Constitution, preserving the church's legal and ecclesiastical foundation.
Financial Stewardship: Reviews, updates, and grants final approval for the official annual budgets and comprehensive multi-year strategic plans of the church, ensuring sustainable and accountable resource allocation.
Institutional Expansion: Evaluates and grants official approval for the establishment of new ABC branches, sub-headquarters, cathedrals, and regional offices globally.
Ecclesiastical Appointments: Oversees and ratifies key appointments to the ministry, ensuring that theological soundness and leadership capacity are maintained across all levels of the clergy.
Specialized Oversight: Forms specialized, expert-led committees to investigate, analyze, and address specific administrative, legal, social, or spiritual needs within the ABC framework.
