The ABC Ecosystem is a structured network combining spiritual governance with commercial investment, community outreach, and higher education to promote the Africa Brotherhood Church objectives for a holistic ministry to the whole person and the environment.
1. Spiritual & Regional Governance
Central Leadership: Directed from the international headquarters in Machakos under the leadership of the Archbishop.
Sub-Headquarters (Sub-HQs): The church splits its vast network into localized regional administrative divisions—such as Machakos, Nairobi, Makueni, Kitui, and Mombasa. Each region is led by a specific Bishop in-charge who manages local spiritual affairs while holding national portfolio responsibilities.
2. Economic Empowerment & Affiliates
Financial Services: Features autonomous, legally distinct cooperative systems like the ABC Empowerment Sacco to drive savings and financial inclusivity for both members and the society.
Hospitality & Conferencing: Houses The ABC Guest House in Machakos town. This facility provides comfortable accommodations, secure event hosting, and catering for local visitors, delegates, and international ministries.Â
Commercial Real Estate: Operates dedicated asset and property investment arms such as the ABC Imani Plazas to manage physical real estate holdings and generate commercial revenue for the church holistic ministry.
3. Sponsored Educational Institutions
Higher Education: Spearheaded by the Eastern Kenya Integrated University (EKIU), a full Christian university headquartered at Mitaboni in Machakos County.
Basic & Technical Schools: Overseen directly by an internal church education secretariat, this includes primary schools, secondary schools, and local polytechnic centers.
4. Development Partnerships & Social Ministries
Community Development: Rather than housing standalone internal charity entities, the church acts as a local partner alongside autonomous international and local NGOs. They leverage grassroots church assemblies to roll out targeted social welfare projects focusing on food security, clean water, and vulnerable child support.
